Grillin' and Chillin'
It's June 1st and summer is just around the corner (although not here in Utah - I still have my heat turned on.) But the scorching hot days of summer will be here before we know it and its time to start thinking about healthy summer eating.
Grilling is a great way to prepare food in the summer. Not only do you get the chance to be outside and enjoy summer, but it also is a great low-fat way to prepare all kinds of foods.
