This whole couch to 5K thing is really hard! Whitni and I went to the gym yesterday and I thought I was going to DIE! I know it will get easier the more I do it, but at what point does that happen?!?! I did get to an 18 minute mile though. Pretty amazing I know!
Even though I have been exercising and eating good the past few days I still feel like I have been slacking off! Maybe it is because I haven't blogged for a few days. I also didn't weigh in yesterday. Should I weigh in every day? What does everyone think. I have had people tell me yes and no.
